Fee guidance

Fees follow sample size, product complexity, and whether fieldwork is on-site. Pricing is informational; engagements are confirmed by proposal.

How we price

Mind Layer Grid prices financial audit of anti-money laundering applications by the effort required to sample, interview, and report — not by a subscription calendar. Every engagement receives a written proposal after scoping.

Starting ranges

EngagementTypical starting basisWhat moves the fee
AML Application AuditFrom THB 480,000Product count, corridors, multi-entity licences
KYC File & Beneficial Ownership ReviewFrom THB 180,000Sample size and corporate vs. retail mix
Transaction Monitoring Sample AuditFrom THB 220,000Alert volume and scenarios tested
Regulatory Readiness WalkthroughFrom THB 120,000Number of workshop days and prep packs

These figures are informational starting points. They are not a checkout price and do not include extraordinary travel outside Greater Bangkok.

Estimate factors we always ask about

  • Number of licences and legal entities in scope
  • Products and payment corridors that drive AML exposure
  • Availability of a clean population for sampling
  • Language of source files (Thai, English, or mixed)
  • Parallel audits or examination windows that compress the calendar
  • Whether board presentation support is required beyond the written report

Deposits and billing

A 40% mobilisation deposit is due on engagement letter signature. The balance is invoiced at draft report delivery, with any agreed out-of-scope days billed at the day rate stated in the proposal. See our refund and cancellation terms for how deposits are treated when work is paused or cancelled.

What we do not sell

We do not offer monthly software seats, automatic renewals, or tiered “Starter / Professional / Enterprise” packages. If your need is ongoing second-line staffing rather than a time-bound audit, we will say so and decline the work.
